Art Fair Vendor Application

The Downtown Art Fair is hosted by MacRostie Art Center, a non-profit organization promoting the visual arts.

Location | The Downtown Art Fair will be held outdoors at the Old Central School Grounds. NO stakes can be pounded into the grass. This is an outdoor event, please plan accordingly.

Items to be Sold | Art or craft work must be created by the exhibitor or a family member. 

The following items will not be accepted: manufactured and imported goods, commercial jewelry, catalog products, items made from kits or consigned goods. We reserve the right to ask exhibitors to remove unsatisfactory items.

Sales Tax | State law requires exhibitors to have a Minnesota sales tax number.

Liability Insurance | Exhibitors are responsible for having liability insurance. MacRostie Art Center is not responsible for any loss, claims, or liability for exhibitors. 

Review | Applications will be reviewed by MAC staff prior to acceptance. Applicants who are not selected to exhibit have their entry fee returned.

Cancellation & Refund Policy | Full refunds will be made in the case of cancellation of the event.  No refunds will be made in the case of misrepresentation of the artist’s work or for inclement weather.  The event will take place rain or shine.  

Priority Deadline | April 30, 2025

Note: Applications will accepted after the deadline and vendors placed as space permits.

Entry Fee | The entry fee is $80 for a space approximately 10’ X 10’. Booth location preference is not guaranteed.

Confirmation | A letter of confirmation,  including details and directions, will be sent after May 10, 2025.
