First Friday ARTIST RECEPTION

Join us each month for the opening of our latest exhibition and come together with other businesses, organizations, and artists in downtown Grand Rapids to celebrate our creative community! MAC’s First Friday receptions are part of the First Friday Art Walk, sponsored by Grand Rapids Arts.
Team Carrie Fundraiser - June Raffle & exhibit
There will be a raffle on June 6th during the First Friday Art Walk at the MacRostie Art Center. An exhibition of artwork that has been donated by artists on display in the Giinawind Creative Space all throughout the month of June. All funds will go to the Community Fund at the hospital in Deer River to support Native American cancer patients and families.
What is Team Carrie? Team Carrie is a fundraiser organized each year to honor Carrie Estey, you died of leukemia in 2010 at the age of 53. Team Carrie Members are her sister Denise Estey Lindquist, nieces Joanna Frisby, Maddie and Olivia Estey, granddaughters Marrissa and Mariah Ortiz, and several other family members.
