This annual celebration of the creativity of MAC’s members and friends includes jewelry, pottery, wearables, soap, painting, cards, ornaments, and other handcrafted goods on display in a festive setting. The entire MacRostie Gallery is transformed for a unique shopping experience during the month of December.
ARTISTS: We Need You!
The MAC is seeking handmade local artwork and fine crafts for sale in our Holiday Marketplace. All forms of artwork are accepted, and we are especially interested in wearables, children’s toys, ornaments, and other works that would make great gifts.
There are three easy steps to participate:
1. Download the 2014 Holiday Marketplace Application and Check-In Form
2. Bring your completed form and the works you would like included in the Holiday Marketplace to the MAC between November 19 and 26. Our business hours are 10 am – 6 pm Tuesday – Friday and 10 am – 5 pm Saturday. If you can’t get your work here on those dates, don’t fret. We’ll continue to accept work after Thanksgiving, but prime placement will be given to works that are available for our Open House on November 28 – 29.
3. Pick up any un-sold work after December 31. Unfortunately, we don’t have space for an entire gallery worth of artwork year-round. We are always happy to consider new work for our Art Shop, but space is limited.
